Tilo’s metabolism is very high for her size. With her needing to sometimes eat double her weight in food just to keep up. Though often her body can keep up with the fat she carries from her previous meals. Especially all that fat in her thick tail.

Also her metabolism means her insides are naturally very warm.

How often doee Tilo need backup clothing after churning however hefty her meal was? A metabolism that high and gut this spacious sounds like many accommodations are made for staying clothed.
