Those who follow me as an artist will know that I have gone through many family and economic problems that made me fall horribly behind with commissions and deadlines, among those problems the most significant was a report I made in 2021 of sexual abuse of a minor under 14 years old by my father (disgustingly but yes) in which I had to accept more work (commissions) to pay my defense.

In the course of the complaint I had lawyers provided by the state but on 3 occasions those lawyers were not attentive to my case or changed it, it was so much trouble that I was forced to hire a lawyer on my own to be able to have stability with my case.

It was already 3 years of pure waiting and today November 25th (one day after my birthday... yaaaay...) was the hearing where they would say the years of prison that my abuser would have which resulted in 13 years in prison, but obviously (it was expected on his part) he asked for an appeal with his new lawyer, even reached a point where he asked for a guardianship for allegedly bad procedures in the case.

Regardless of everything, this seems to last for a longer time (maybe years) until it is definitely over, all this has affected me emotionally and physically because of the stress and anxiety of knowing what will happen and having to remember in every hearing what happened to me when I was a child, also knowing that he is still free in the streets and the constant fear that maybe he can do something to get revenge really affects me (I live in Latin America so everything is possible).

For this reason (and to avoid opening many commissions irresponsibly as in the past) I opened a fundraising goal for KO-FI to pay the attorney's fees and everything that goes with it, also my goal is to continue working with the pending jobs to be able to save in case something unforeseen happens.
