How do the tiers unlock? Is it 50$ in both A and B, 50$ in either, or a total of 50$ between A and B? When a tier is unlocked do both characters get it or only the one with a sufficient bid?

both A&B need to reach $50 to unlock basic shading for each ,if one doesn't make it ,I'll ad bare minimum shading to make it look good atleast
