The most dangerous type of Stigma creatures are born from two conflicting negative emotions. In this case, the Stigma victim's perverse desire to swallow women whole, and the shame that arises from holding said desire. These two emotions create a vicious cycle that feed into each other, increasing the creature's strength the longer it runs rampant. In order to weaken it, Mio reluctantly volunteers to feed herself to the Stigma creature
