Kazra is a conman most of the time, especially when he's doing his 'salesman' thing in his fine purple suit. But he's also a great thief and sometimes that leads to fighting. And being the cocky bastard he is, if he finds his combatant attractive he'll no doubt flirt with them. Whether it's genuine or just done to throw them off is something only he knows.
