It is simply Saora's real form that she can obtain in her Vore stories.

With this transformation, Saora now has a more grotesque appearance. The lower part of her body transforms into something similar to a Dragon with its own mouth that devours and absorbs its prey in addition to wings.

Her powers and physical strength increase considerably being able to destroy structures with ease. That makes her an unstoppable Vore predator.
