Somewhere in the beautiful Paldea region, Two young boys embark on an exploration outside their parents mansion.

With them their Pokémon follow Suit, Floragato and Fidough playfully chase each other around the ankles of their beloved friends. “Please calm down you two…we…Don't want to attract Wild Pokémon. They might hurt us” The more timid and anxious brother tries to keep the Grass and Fairy types quiet.

“What's the harm in a little attraction? the louder we are the more spooked Wild Pokémon will be! Cheer up, Yuma!” The other brother with a confident and outgoing voice Said, cheering up his brother's nerves.

“...o-okay Oortie…” The Timid Brother anxiously acknowledges his brother's words of encouragement.

Floragato, sensing her human friend's nerves stopped playing with Fidough and then faced her magenta eyes up at him. Her nose wrinkled for a moment before she began to rub her toe beans Into the grass producing a nice smelling aroma. “Sprigatito! Good thinking” the confident brother said, pointing out what Sprigatito was doing.

The timid brother Is surrounded by the aroma from Sprigatito and it seeps into his nose. It feels nice and makes him calm down about adventuring out here. “Thank you…Sprigatito” the timid brother knelt down and hugged his partner, nuzzling his pale cheek against her green fur.

“Hah hah! That's the spirit!” The outgoing brother grabs his Timid Brother by the back of the shirt and pulls him to a standing position.

Fidough playfully wags His tail before leaping up and landing on his human friend's shoulder and barking, the smell of yeast came from his own nose. “Aww do you feel left out Fidough? well fear not Because you shall not be left out” The Outgoing brother gently pat the bread dog on the head feeling his soft doughy skin under his fingers.

As the brother's walk through the forest they hear a sound. It sounded Like something was in distress so the two brother's went to investigate. They find a Varoom! It's hurt and looks like it has been attacked by multiple hits all at once. The small Steel/Poison type was laying on its side and its eyes were clenched shut in pain. “It's a Varoom! Oh no, what happened?” The Outgoing brother ran to its side confused.

The Timid brother however stopped Approaching as he looked up the tree that Varoom had been under. “O-oortie! Look out!” The Timid Brother's feet acted on his own and he pushed His brother and Varoom out of the way as a Wild Spidops dropped from the tree with a web between it's legs ready to ensnare it's targets.

The two brothers get up and face Spidops, Fidough and Sprigatito stood in front of them at attention and fiercely keeping themselves between them.

“How could you hurt Varoom! You meanie” the Outgoing Brother accused Spidops.

Not liking that he was being accused and pointed at by a literal child, Spidops became enraged. It immediately used Trailblazer and jumped over Sprigatito and Fidough to get at The Outgoing Brother. The Bug Type knocked down the brother without a second thought. “Brother!” The Timid Brother screamed with fright as he saw his brother being attacked by Spidops.

“H-hey! You get off me!” The Outgoing Brother was pinned down but Tried to still be the one in charge here.

The Timid Brother saw Spidops begin to spin a web to ensnare His brother with. He felt like he was paralyzed in fear and his knees began shaking. His Eyes darted from Spidops to His Brother to the fainted Varoom and then to Sprigatito. He had an idea. “Sprigatito! Your Aroma! Please use it!” the Timid Brother called to his partner.

Sprigatito found her feet too and ran up before landing on Spidops and beginning to brush her paws on the angry spider. The Same Green aura that Sprigatito had used before to calm down it's human partner infiltrated Spidops head and then it slowly calmed down. Spidops got off of The Outgoing Brother and went back up into the canopy of the tree above. the timid brother ran to his sibling to help him up. “Oortie! Are you okay??” The Timid brother asked, on the verge of tears, how scared he had been for his brother's safety.

“I'm okay. That was cool! You are so smart” the Outgoing Brother gets up and compliments his brother's smart reaction.

“T-thanks Oortie…we should g-get Varoom to safety” the Timid Brother says as he turns his attention to Varoom.

The two brother's Then ran back to their Mansion carrying the injured Varoom with them.

Episode 1: Paldean Winds


In the Kanto Region, within Palette Town, 12 year old Ash Ketchum and his partner Pikachu are gearing up for an exciting journey to the Paldea region with Professor Oak. Professor Oak is scheduled to deliver A lecture at Mesagoza academy. “I'm so excited! Paldea region, here we come!” Ash exclaimed already prepared for his next journey. “Wait! Before you leave, take this” Ash's mom Deliah Came out to the front porch and packs Ash a Crochet Sandwich for the trip.

“Thanks mom!” Ash thanks his mom before leaving with Professor Oak to the airport.

On the plane, Professor Oak asks Ash a question he pretty much knew the answer to. “Do you still aspire to become a Pokémon Master, Ash?”

Ash agrees but not in the way he expected. “I still Don't know what that means yet” Ash followed after his agreement to continue chasing this faceless dream.

He then recalls a talk with Gary back at Professor Oak’s Lab. Gary suggested Mesagoza's unique program might help him find his answer. As they fly Closer to the paldea region, Ash and Pikachu spot a mysterious Pokémon fly by the window.

Meanwhile, Another Young Man stepped onto a deck in Levincia in Paldea, who has just come out from a Submarine that docked there. He is Yuma Kokohead, a Trainee Detective who has been tasked with investigating the Suspicious Activities of the Explorers and what they want with Area Zero. The Chief of his Detective Agency told him he should be careful because the Explorers were allegedly working with Amaterasu Corporation’s shady leaders and to watch out. Yuma agrees to call back just in case anything bad comes up and leaves.

Alongside him his Partner Shinigami, a former and long departed Pokémon Champion floats by his side in an invisible form, as she does not trust humans in the modern day. She suggests Yuma head to the Lighthouse nearby in order to get a good view of the Paldea region. “Alright let's go…” The Trainee Detective starts that way.

Just as He is following his Rotom Phone to the significant location on the map he sees a Mysterious Pokémon fly above then. Curious, he decides to follow it.

Back with Ash, he reached the bustling city of Mesagoza and made his way to the Academy. There they meet Director Clavell and Nemona. Nemona is a champion ranked trainer and has heard all about Ash. “I'm so thrilled to meet another champion level trainer! Oooh I can't wait to battle you sometime!” Nemona excitedly stated, unable to hold back her competitive side to the trainer she just met.

Of course Ash is equally eager. The two hit it off instantly and so Professor Clavell suggests Nemona give Ash a tour of the Academy.

Eagerly, Nemona guided Ash through the academy like a young kid showing their Lego set To their friends. She highlights the various Classes, facilities, and introduces a few teachers such as Professor Furio.

“So, About Gary, he teaches here too right? Where is he?” Ash asks Nemona, curious about his first ever rival.

Nemona revealed Ash that Gary was busy with Jacq right now, so they'll Likely meet up at the orientation event soon. The tour goes on for a long while until Nemona stops at the Mesagoza center square battle ground. “Mmmm!! I just can't hold it anymore! I need to have a battle with you! What do you say??” Nemona exclaimed with a slight burst of pent up energy.

Ash obviously agrees, eager to test the skills of another champion class trainer.

Ash and Pikachu face off against Nemona and her Pawmo. “Alright buddy this is our first battle in the paldea region, so let's start off with a woosh! Use quick attack!” Ash commanded and pumped his hand forwards.

Pikachu was enveloped In a slight glowing light and charged forwards, hitting Pawmo several times with the speed of his hits. “Now use Thunderbolt!” Ash commanded another attack.

Pikachu jumps in the air about to use Thunderbolt. “Pawmo! Dodge it with dig!” Nemona commands in return and Pawmo digs underground avoiding the lightning strike from Pikachu and leaving a hole in the ground.

“Where did it go?” Ash looked left to right and so did Pikachu, but that was when Pawmo dug up from behind and hit Pikachu pretty hard with the super effective hit.

“Now use Thunder Punch, Pawmo!” Nemona excitedly said with her own excitement radiating off of her as Pawmo leaps forwards with his paw cloaked in lightning.

“Pikachu use electro web!” Ash commanded in return and Pikachu flung a web of lightning from his tail and caught Pawmo In it.

As Pikachu landed, Pawmo however gathered electricity and discharged it outwards with Discharge to break electro web. Both Ash and Nemona are already thrilled and grinning profusely from seeing each other's skills. “Mach punch! Go!” Nemona commands Pawmo and he rushes forwards With his paw clenched even harder than before.

“Iron tail!” Ash had Pikachu retaliate with Iron Tail.

The two moves clash for several seconds, the Mach Punch of Pawmo vs the Iron Tail of Pikachu caused sparks to fly literally. They are evenly matched as they knock each other away.

“Now! Dig!” Nemona commanded.

Pawmo went for another Dig and disappeared under the ground again, causing even more significant damage to Pikachu as it came up from under him. “Now, show them another Discharge!” Nemona dishes out the command excitedly.

However Ash had an idea. “Pikachu use an electro web counter shield around yourself!” Ash commanded and Pikachu did as commanded, using Electro web as a shield as Discharge clashed against the lightning web.

To Nemona's surprise it worked and then Pikachu sent the web back at Pawmo with Thunderbolt, dealing significant damage and weakening Pawmo. Nemona is Ecstatic, this was definitely the fruitful battle she had wished for. “Oi! Ash, you should totally join the academy!” Nemona suggests as she saw Ash as truly a worthy rival to her.

She prepares to switch Pawmo as she wants to see more of Ash's Pokémon team. “Ah, heh, about that. I only brought Pikachu with me.” Ash reveals to Nemona, which did kinda bum her out a bit.

Suddenly an energy cube cage formed around Pikachu and he was lifted upwards without any warning. “Huh!? Pikachu!!!” Ash yelled seeing it fly Up to the sky where a familiar Meowth Balloon was floating.

“PREPARE FOR TROUBLE!”

“Make it double!”

It was Team Rocket, they had followed Ash to paldea. They quickly fled leaving Ash feeling totally helpless. Nemona immediately acted though. “Cyclizar! I choose you!” She threw a Pokeball and out came a Cyclizar, which Ash has never seen before.

“Come on, Get on Cyclizar's back! We can follow them” Nemona said as she got on the new Pokémon.

Ash quickly got on and Cyclizar took off after Team Rocket. They chase team Rocket to the Mesagoza Outskirts and in fact managed to get ahead. However Team Rocket remains unphased as they are still out of reach. “Waaaabuffet!” Wobbafett would compliment Team Rocket’s insults with a comedic word.

Nemona Then pulled out a Tera Orb and then Terastalize her Cyclizar, giving it a beautiful dragon type crown and a shining crystal body much to Team Rocket and Ash's shock. “Use Tera Blast!” Nemona commands Cyclizar.

Cyclizar obeyed and opened it's mouth and used a devastating dragon type Tera Blast attack, blasting off Team Rocket and saving Pikachu who lands in Ash's Arms. Ash is Amazed and Nemona teaches Ash about Terastalization and it's ability to change Pokemon's type powers. This knowledge excites Ash and makes him want to join the academy Even more. Suddenly Ash and Nemona hear a few strange cries from the beach. To their surprise they see two Pokémon there, which one of them they had never seen before.

Episode 2: Ancient Discovery

On closer Inspection from the beach, Ash and Nemona saw the problem. a Pack of Houndour were harassing these two Pokémon. One of them resembled Cyclizar but on closer inspection Looked much older and more enhanced. the other was one that was more red and even weaker. “Who's that Pokemon?” Ash held his Pokedex out to see if he could figure out what It was.

NO DATA! NO DATA!

“That's strange! I've never seen this Pokémon before.” Nemona said surprised.

Ash's sense of justice however took him over as he realized the strange Cyclizar was protecting the other injured one from the Houndour. “we gotta stop them! Pikachu use Thunderbolt!” Ash commanded.

Not only did Pikachu use Thunderbolt but another attack Came from the opposite side of the beach in the form of Petal Blizzard. Both attacks land and cause an explosion that scares off the Houndour. The Dust Cleared and Revealed another Pokémon Ash has never seen before as he and Nemona ran up. “Woah! That's a Meowscarada, a fully evolved starter here in Paldea” Nemona informs Ash what it was.

Then a New Person came from beside Meowscarada, he was the same height as Meowscarada and looked equally confused and surprised. It's Yuma, who had also discovered the mysterious Pokémon on the beach and had come to the aid of them as well. Before Ash could ask who this person was, the Enhanced Cyclizar passes out in front of them causing the Red Mysterious Pokémon to freak out. It weakly tried to wake up the Enhanced Cyclizar but it wasn't working. The trio approach the Red Pokémon and saw it was indeed heavily wounded. Then Ash starts to notice that mysterious Pokémon was taking an interest in his Crochet Sandwich. Ash kindly feeds It to the Pokémon helping it to regain it's strength. “It's just like the one I saw!” both Ash and Yuma said at the same time upon realizing this was the shadow/shape they saw.

The Pokémon becomes very attached to Ash and Pikachu after regaining it's strength. So not only do they introduce themselves but also learn Yuma’s name. They all wondered Where it came from. Just then, The Pokémon directs it's attention to the Enhanced Cyclizar. It had an expression that meant that it wanted them to help it. Yuma took it upon himself to help it so he Sent back out his Meowscarada and Made a bed of Petals from Petal Blizzard to lay the Enhanced Cyclizar on, then with a combined effort of Yuma, Ash, and Nemona, They got the Enhanced Cyclizar Onto the bed of Petals. “I hope this works” Yuma reaches into his trousers Pocket as if suggested by an unseen voice and pulls out a Revive.

He gives it to The Enhanced Cyclizar and it wakes up with some of its energy healed. When it woke up, The Red Pokémon immediately began to bounce up and down as if relieved to see it's friend was okay. the Enhanced Cyclizar immediately became Fond of Yuma and Meowscarada for helping it. Yuma thanks Ash and Nemona for helping him heal the Enhanced Cyclizar.

This gave Ash and Nemona time to get to know Yuma. When they ask where he is from and all the basic questions he sadly doesn't have an answer. Ash understands this is Amnesia, remembering Lillie’s Father had Amnesia too during the failed Ultra Wormhole experiments. Nemona didn't get it though at first but was very impressed Yuma worked for the esteemed World Detective Agency.

Ash asked Nemona what this agency is and she happily teaches them what they are. “They are an Organization of intelligent detectives and powerful trainers who solve the world's biggest mysteries and crimes alongside Pokémon as well. There's over 1,000 members and some of them have special supernatural abilities after having been exposed to certain circumstances. I've read all about them!” Nemona explains to Ash.

Yuma is surprised that Nemona knows this much about the World Detective Organization. Ash asks Yuma if he really is a Detective like that. Yuma tells them he's partially a detective, he's technically a Trainee, or Detective-in-Training. Ash and Nemona are bummed a bit but are still none the less excited to meet someone affiliated with such a strong group.

The two Cyclizar resembling Pokémon turn their attention to the side of the cliff and then lower themselves as if suggesting Ash and Yuma to get ride them. Nemona joins Ash on Koraidon as she thinks now they might both be able to climb the cliff.

Meanwhile, cut to a boy who takes a mysterious red book from a lab in a somewhat shady fashion.

Said boy encounters Ash and Nemona and Yuma outside who are lead by the two mysterious Pokémon, surprising The Boy in two different ways.

The boy is surprised and upset to see the red Pokémon, who he calls Koraidon. But he is shocked about the other Pokémon. “Wait…I know him, that's Arven, he's the son of the renowned Professor Sada and Professor Turo” Nemona said as she recognized The Boy.

Arven gets even more upset when his parents are mentioned. “It doesn't matter who my parents are!” He stated rather grumpily.

Koraidon seemed interested in showing The Enhanced Cyclizar into the Lighthouse. Arven notices Koraidon's trust in Ash, so he allows them in for a bit.

Arven shares that He and Koraidon once Lived in this now-abandoned lab. This prompts Ash to ask Arven about his connection to Koraidon, and Yuma to ask about the mysterious Cyclizar. Arven tells Yuma that he has never seen a Cyclizar that weird, and then tells Ash reluctantly that Koraidon…isn't his Pokémon. He doesn't Elaborate on that.

Suddenly, A Device drops in through a window and a thick fog sprays into the room causing the group to flee outside.

They are suddenly attacked by a Golduck, A Rhydon, and much to Ash's shock a Silvally. However something is wrong with the Silvally, It was pure silver all over with the exception of its black front talons and it had a mysterious logo on the front of its head. Followed by Zirc, Conia, and Seth from the Explorers and collaborated by Amaterasu. Yuma explains to the others who they are and that they have been a huge problem for the World Detective Organization.

Yuma tells the others that Amaterasu Organization frequently collaborates and sponsors evil organizations. In return for money and riches, Amaterasu creates devices and technology by stealing the natural phenomenon and gimmicks of other regions.

Zirc and Conia claim they have had their eye on Koraidon for a while now and now with the helping hand of Amaterasu Organization they won't let it get away now. Seth Of the Amaterasu Organization did not speak though Which creeper out Nemona.

Arven is worried about Koraidon's current state and wonders why it won't defend itself. Ash sends Pikachu in to defend it but Rhydon’s Lightning Rod ability causes it to fail, allowing Rhydon to counter it. The three prove to be formidable so Nemona urges the other three to escape with Koraidon while she battles with Pawmo and Cyclizar, which prompts Seth to pull up a Megaphone and declare Nemona as an interference.

The three boys take Koraidon and The Enhanced Cyclizar to hide in the nearby Grotto. They have a brief moment of peace. This time Yuma is the one to ask Arven about Koraidon and more importantly why the Explorers were After it. Although he didn't want to talk about it much, he took out a Master Ball and Revealed to them that Koraidon actually belonged to his mother and who's origin ties in to the great Crater of paldea. “Since the Explorers want Koraidon, and it is a product of the crater then we were right to believe the Explorers want to take over the Great Crater of Paldea. That might also be why Amaterasu is Helping them, they must want whatever is in that Crater as well” Yuma put together some pieces of the still unfinished puzzle, impressing Arven already on how much Yuma instinctively gathered about the Explorers.

This raised even more questions for Ash. But they are interrupted when Zirc discovers their location and sends out Rhydon again. Yuma sends out a Dusk Lycanroc, much to Ash's Surprise as he has never seem another Dusk Lycanroc other than his own. Ash protects Koraidon alongside Pikachu while Yuma and Lycanroc battle Zirc.

Zirc commands stone edge, but Lycanroc dodges by jumping across stone edge with Accelerock and then using Psychic Fangs on Rhydon’s horn. Rhyhorn dislodges Lycanroc with Drill Rush but Lycanroc escapes damage using Dig, hitting Rhyhorn from underneath.

Arven watches anxiously. Seeing Yuma and Lycanroc battle alone while Ash, Pikachu, and the Enhanced Cyclizar protect the weakened Koraidon. Despite the upper hand Zirc got by using Stone Edge whenever Lycanroc tried to use dig, Yuma cleverly had Lycanroc use Psychic Fangs on the rocks to smash them, Then use Accelerock to make a weaker version of Splintered Stormshards by running around the fragments which kicked up and made Rhydon and Zirc unable to see properly from the pebbles plinking off their eyes. Then finally defeating Rhyhorn with one last Psychic Fangs to the face.

Zirc sends out Skarmory next. “Yuma, let me handle this one” Ash suggested and Yuma agrees.

They switch places and Ash and Pikachu take on Zirc and Skarmory. Arven is impressed watching this. He can't help but see Ash and Yuma had two different strategies, yet both of them had the same goal of protecting Koraidon. Arven is shocked seeing Ash's ingenuity making Pikachu use quick attack to stirr up a dust devil under skarmory before defeating It with a point blank Thunderbolt under the belly. Before the battle can continue a Wild Houndoom Is disturbed by the battle so it and it's pack suddenly attack. Pikachu is having Trouble fending off the attackers but still tries his best.

In a surprising turn, Koraidon Transforms. Using Dragon Claw to knock back houndoom, then carrying Ash and Arven to safety. Seeing that They have escaped, The Enhanced Cyclizar allows Yuma to get on it and also follow close behind leaving Zirc to fend for himself against the Houndour pack.

Cut to a dimly lit scene where Nemona is almost handcuffed by Seth Burroughs for interfering with the Explorers only for a Gyarados to suddenly Appear and use Aqua tail, making Seth and Conia Blast off across the horizon. Nemona thanks the Mysterious Figure and their Pokémon but the individual says nothing and walks away from the confrontation after Gyarados returns to their Pokeball on its own, prompting Nemona to become confused on who that even was.

She remembers she had to find Ash and the others so she hurried off and reunited with them. She told them she had unexpected Help defeating Conia and Seth but is relieved to see they are okay. Just then Koraidon loses his form and becoming weak again, surprising The group and especially the Enhanced Cyclizar who starts pushing Koraidon's head with it's snout. “We should get it to the Pokémon Center” the group establishes.

At the Pokémon Center, Arven entrusted Ash with Koraidon's Master Ball. He shows faith in Ash's ability to handle it. Similarly, Yuma also notices a small Apricorn crafted Pokeball hanging under The Enhanced Cyclizar's neck. Yuma checks it and sees an engraving that said the name “Genzaidon-If found please return to He-” the last of the words were warped and not fully registered on the pokeball.

Yuma showed the others this and they were perplexed by it wondering who this ‘HE’ person was. Yuma tried to put the Pokeball back under Genzaidon's neck but then it suddenly rolls it back towards Yuma like a dog playing fetch, then once the button faces Genzaidon it presses it's snout against it and gets sucked inside. Everyone is shocked as Yuma picks up the old Steampunk Pokeball. “It seems for the time being Genzaidon here wants to travel with us. I think it would be best if I hold on to it for now until we can figure out who this person is who owned It” Yuma said and the others agreed.

Both boys were showing they definitely would take good care of Koraidon and Genzaidon.
