I wonder if this is set after the previous Smokey story, would be pretty funny if Cane asks to try her womb later only to get told "sorry still haven't managed to get the last guy out of there"

Pff - Generally my stories don't follow co-continuity, but that's a silly thought all the same. The entirety of Serenity gradually disappearing into the poss's womb, one by one. XD
(Course, if retrieving them was an actual problem, she could just womb-gest them into femcum~)

Just the town trying to make a society inside her womb. She's probably impulsive enough to try something like that - Until she realizes it means there's nobody with which she can do business. Which would be a problem... Until she then realizes there's nobody there to stop her from doing anything she wants. XD
