Thanks a combination of experience and... natural gifts, she excels in many roles and positions, and also experimented with shapeshifting.

Here we see her showcasing her maw to someone. While oral isn't usually her first choice for ingestion, she has acquired a serpentine tongue thanks to lamia shapeshifting, to make the experience all the more exciting for whoever wants to take the plunge down her gullet.
