One should be wary when accepting double dates to fine dining restaurants with suspicious practices... just because you and your partner are apex predators doesn't mean the friendly couple across from you won't try to one-up you!

Of course, Linda and Roger certainly won't mind a few more naive "predators" falling for their wiles...
