Enjoy listening to me devour my breakfast.
This was recorded as I was actively eating my morning breakfast, from chew, to swallow, to descent into the stomach. My stomach always wakes up and makes a lot of noise as food slides down into it, only really settling once I finish eating. Later on, it ramps up again to churn and digest.
A no frills digestion ASMR with a greater focus on heartbeat along with my actively filling stomach.
