The male is largely vestigial at this point, having crawled inside of her body to continue to pump her full of gametes as its nervous system merges with her own. Her internals have largely liquefied at this point, her body now acting as one giant womb and storage tank for nutrients as her young grow within her. She expels them rapidly, but not fast enough to avoid growing at a tremendous rate, her skin now translucent due to the sheer amount of stretching... While not technically beyond help, she is beyond anyone's reasonable ability to do so, and thus, is left to her fate as the final changes await her.

Best to let her be, now. Wall this place up and let her have her nest. There's really nothing to be done.
