Aizen impregnates himself by a bunch of spirits, causing his belly to grow bigger to the point where he looks like he's pregnant with octuplets. Aizen rushes to his friend/rival Ichigo Kurosaki and tells him that labor needs to be induced, he assumes that Ichigo is capable of delivering a baby because his father is a doctor. Oh yeah anyways, happy Bleach Rebirth of Souls release day!
