Also to answer an earlier comment by Skulker- Cicis soul doesnt stay, she doesnt think she's "a part of her" but she did take all of Cicis part. But her delusional part of her "grief" from eating Cici is filling the void by eating another person to have as her "new Cici"

She doesnt think its truly Cici but ya know thats what she calls her food now
