Diane really thought she won. She had bested Inspector Carmelita Fox as the Crimson Paw. She had legally outmaneuvered her as Governor. And finally, she won her heart. Seducing her and bringing her to her secret penthouse. What she never guessed was that the law-minded Carmelita had an extrajudicial appetite for criminal vixens!
So here's a combo that I'm surprised I haven't seen more of. Out of the blue I had a strong desire to play with Carmelita. I did more pondering and decided who better to fill that tum than a certain foxy felon. Another excuse to challenge myself with a same-size render.

I love this! I also just have this mental image of Carmelita having a massive panic attack like Hank from Breaking Bad because she remembers getting kicked in the face by aforementioned crimson paws and making that connection in real time.

Yeah that was something that sort of bugged me in The Bad Guys- aside from the name, when Diane’s in her Crimson Paw outfit, it’s all black with yellow highlights, no crimson at all. It’s a minor thing but still odd

It was probably one of those situations where disparate pre-production elements coagulated into the final product. I looked it up and apparently Diane is an invention of the movie and not in the books. There is a character called Ellen Fox in the books who's outfits are similar to Diane's Crimson Paw jumpsuit. So the producers either started with this Ellen character and Diane evolved out of that. Or her outfit was a tribute to a cut character. In any case, I'm glad the artist behind this Diane 3D model is a huge perv and gave her actual crimson paw pads <3.
