She is Dong Bai. (Dynasty Warriors 9)
She is the granddaughter of “Dong Taku” a notorious and extravagant general of the Later Han Dynasty in the History of the Three Kingdoms.
Although there is no detailed description of her in the history, in “Dynasty Warriors 9” she is an arrogant character who inherits the image of “Dong Taku” and is forgiven no matter how much evil she does due to her high position.
