Our NCR Ranger here has a very important job, he's expected to dispose of any mutants, Legion members and Powder Gangers he runs across. Luckily he's got a weapon more than able to deal with any undesirables he runs across.

Hopefully after splattering out several people who he won't even remember come tomorrow morning he can take a well deserved nap.
