The Weight of your Rebellion By Neoneo -- Report

"Looks like your lowly micua comrades... And that treacherous turn-tail girlfriend of yours... Are riiiight where they belong~ Can you hear them...?~"

GRRUUUU...

GUURRGGLLEEE...

"...Can you feel them...?~"

There is a tale of a powerful mage-priestess who raised many beautiful daughters to be magicians of their own. Most of those daughters listened obediently to their mother, becoming faithful priesteses and skillful predators who struck fear into the hearts of humans.

But one of those daughters strayed from the beaten path when she fell in love with Queen Khirishan, a human ruler she was meant to assassinate. The queen seduced her and used an ancient artifact to proclaim herself a goddess, before waging war against the mage-priestess. But their might could not compare to centuries of experience and the daughter was subjected to a swift punishment. The mage-priestess stood over the human queen, crushing her with the weight of her daughter and former allies, reminding her that for all her power, she was just a woman. One who would be devoured next.

The tale became known as "The Wayward Daughter". Here we see two actresses re-enacting it. The fact that the actress playing the queen is none other than Queen Khirishan herself, and the mage-priestess is being played by a human-born concubine who had also served at her court... that might raise a few questions, but reality is often more complicated than fiction.

If you would like to see the true version of events, check out The Eaten Path.

The best kind is the kind you can eat. Or, in this case, the kind that eats you.

Indeed. That's why at the end of the play anybody can volunteer to join the queen inside the tummy of the lead actress.
