--He is an effeminate young man who is currently affiliated with the fangs of Alma, alto he is not an oficial member of the organization.
He originates from the scorching deserts of Hekuran, a heavily industrialized region who is affiliated with Engalok, helping them in their war efforts. Rell however does not share his country's loyalty to the red drake Ashbel, instead he is part of a religious group called "The spark-seekers" who wishes to restore Hekuran to its original ways and it old worship of earth, alto they worship the earth they do not mourn the death of the earth archon, thinking his passing simply means it is up to the people of Hekuran to look after the earth now. This group is infamous for its acts of sabotage against Hekuran and Engalok. this faction colour their White hair, a symbol of their exalted origin, a deep shade of red, as a way to reject their lineage. They are also known to cover their body in bandages infused with the power of the earth, using them as whips to tear the earth asunder.

--Rell is a veteran member of the spark-seekers, gaining notoriety in hekuran at a young age, he has become both feared by the count's men and admired by those sympathetic to their cause. His efforts to halt Ashbel's operation in Hekuran brought him to Elios, where he eventually bumped into the fangs, and seeing that many of their goals allign, decided to establish a temporary Alliance against the red drake. Ever since, the spark-seekers and the fangs have secretly worked closely together, with Rell himself working closely with the current active leader of the fangs, Miray.

--Rell is a flirtatious, energetic man. Taking pride in his own beauty, Rell carries himself with grace and style, knowing that he is all that and so much more. His sultry words and seductive behaviour have allowed him to build a strong connections network all across Natabo, one he now offers to his fellow fangs. While Rell is easy going and loves to tease his loved ones, he can also be extremely cold and calculating, his life in Hekuran has made him cautious, he never tells the full truth and his sweet talk hides his scheaming behaviour.
Besides getting into political intrigue and devouring his enemies by the dozen, one of Rell's favourite hobbies is dancing, letting is bandages Flow and dance through the air, he engages in beautiful movements to honour the earth and delight his watchers, his dances usually involve swaying his gut in rythmic and bewitching movements. He has tried getting Miray to dance with him but he seems to very stubbornly refuse. Aside from that he also loves singing, in general, Rell is as much a performer as he is a warrior.
Rell also loves to tease his friend Apalala, often mocking his short stature (which usually ends with him squiriming inside a belly). Both of them seem to be in a perpetual contest to see who can get on each others nerves.
Rell is quite fond of Miray finding his misteryous attitude and cold demeanour entrancing.
Rell's favourite foods are anything meat related, giving him a large serving of different meats is usually the best way to gain his favor.
