where did she find the anchor? Did she attach it to her arm because she is lefthanded, so she could have the left arm free for more precise object manipulation? Or is she righthanded and attached anchor to her right arm for more precise anchor operation?
That is if she acquired the anchor of course, instead of having it from the start. And assuming she does have arm preference (does she?)

Lagoon found the anchor on an abandoned ship and become so attached to it she decided to infuse it into her body. Both of her hands are dominant but she simply choose to have the anchor on the arm she wanted it to be on. It's her favorite thing ever btw if you even touch it she'll decide your life is forfeit
