This is Lilli, the harpy manager of the nightclub under Daphne's directive. A lustful, bubbly mistress who keeps everything in line, she's the second apex predator of the club, only underneath Daphne. She's quite the nimble one too when in the air, able to snatch up her desired prey in the blink of an eye.
