Ruri Dragon! I believe this is the first Ruri Dragon thing on this site? It's a very cute coming of age manga about a girl growing horns one day and discovering she is actually half dragon. A manga about growing up, being different, and not letting those differences define you.
What made this story come to mind is just how casual everyone around her is to finding out she's half dragon. It's not really a stretch to imagine a similar reaction to her eating people either!
