I got this idea when my brother insisted that he draws flowers on Dex's "Hawaiian Shirt." I then thought of putting the radioactive trefoil on his shirt just like flowers on a Hawaiian shirt. I also added the trefoil on the bottom of his pants (similar to the character, Chernoby's, pants).
