 Jake outright attacked Darkrai, and disappeared after going through him. "What in the hell? You'll pay for that." Already, I was coming under the influence of Bloodwrath. "You think you can tell me who I am or will be? You're very sorely mistaken, Darkrai. You had better leave, or you will wish you had never heard of me." I then aimed right for Darkrai and gave him something I didn't know I could do: I used Fissure. Surprisingly, it connected. He fell, drifting back through the earth he came up from.
 I shook off the red mist, and looked at my four shaken companions. "Guys, go tell the professors what happened. I'm going after Jake." I closed my eyes, and found that the next instant I was in an unknown place. I looked around, and then I saw him. He was unconcious. I also noticed a pokemon, and was sure I had seen something like it before. I walked over, and picked up Jake. The pokemon disappeared, and I used the Shadow Amulet to leave.
 When Jake came back to conciousness, I asked him where he had gone. He started to tell me, but I couldn't understand him as I blacked out yet again. "You saved your friend. I am surprised you would risk it in your condition." I looked up, and above me, looking very majestic, was Arceus. I involuntarily stood up and bowed. "Sir, where am I?" "Your physical body is still in Sandgem Town. Your friends are carrying you to the Pokemon Center as we speak."
 "My physical body? Does that mean that-" "Yes, I called your spirit here, to the Hall of Origin. I have drawn you here to ask you for a favor." "I will do it, but I would like something for my 'services' first." "You want to know if what Darkrai said is really what will happen? Unfortunately, he could be right. If my right-hand helpers are twisted by Giratina, you will be under his control by the Shadow Amulet. That's why you must stop him at all costs."
 I woke up with a start to find myself in the Pokemon Center, just where Arceus had told me I would be at. I got up, thanked the nurses for their help, and trudged outside. After the meeting with Arceus, I decided to tell everyone the truth. I started from the first dream I had of Cresselia, and ended with the meeting I had just had with Arceus. I left nothing out. Jake went into an elaborate speech, saying that he wouldn't let that happen to me at any cost, and told me to go get some food, and we would leave for Turnback Cave when I returned.
 I hunted for my food, but didn't realize until he was about halfway down my throat that I had eaten Frank! I performed the Heimlech on myself, feeling stabbing pains as Frank's backspines dug into my throat's interior with every move up. Finally, I had forced him out, and he was covered in saliva. I apoligized, and immediately went back the Sandgem Town and got some food from the Pokemon Mart.
 We took off from Sandgem, and about thirty minutes later landed on Route 214. I held up the Necklace, and called for the path to Turnback Cave to reveal itself. When it had, I turned to the others and said, "Well this is it. Anyone want to stay behind?" Suddenly, there was a shadow behind me. Before I could react, I felt myself drawn into the ground. The last words I heard were "Nate! its Giratina!" My vision swimming, I blacked out.
