Necro Romance [NORMAL PEOPLE] Part 5
A dotted design lay still upon a outdoor stump.
The ebony sharpie's stain cleared a cut-line inches away from the maggot's feast,
whom with short time would close-in on the neck of Scout's disease ridden corpse.
The still naked torso Cindy licked her bottom lip and raised the ax, taking deep breaths she prepared to save her 'lover'.

"Just cut her God damn-it, I don't got all day here!"
It was Dean, the happy southern Wal-mart shopper, tied to a tree acting as Cindy's audience.
The host was almost speechless, "I l-loved this woman!" she stuttered.
"Well ain't that sweet, but I can smell that baby-skin right from here, and I know her clocks not running wild anymore.
Now I'd love to know why the hell you decided to pick me as witness to your little adventure, but I've seen enough
freak shows to know you don't got the guts to do it."

Cindy's flustered features trembled in rage, in spite she took a step back, lined the end of her ax on the mark and- -

GRGI,
ckck....

The brute force that came slamming down on the child's meat, caused the un-bondage girl to shift, making the cut crooked and uneven.
It wouldn't matter anyway, the work-station was already flooding, the un-sharpened ax itself had been made stuck.
Bracing her right foot on the tree trunk, she pulled back on the handle to retrieve the ax, almost knocking herself in the head in the process.

"Watch yourself now, pretty!" Dean's input.

Cindy sneered and roiled herself into another swing, aiming for the higher half of the shoulder, she snapped the top of the frame into a gap
and began bending the ax sideways to cause a rift, tearing the muscles.
Coming around the other side of the trunk, she stomped her foot down on the girl's side and chopped down upon the bottom
half of semi attached gap, with a series of
powerful blows, finally freeing the corpse from it's infested right arm and shoulder.
Kicking the tainted meat from the trunk so wiser maggots wouldn't crawl over to the larger vessel,
she then decided to distance herself for a moment.

Heading back, Cindy dragged her ax across the field,
"Now that was a sound for the memory book, right free-breast?"
"Shut up." she muttered tossing the tool aside, "If I don't hurry , she'll turn out like the others..."

Dean's attention snapped, "Others?, what others?"
"Oh don't you worry." Cindy chuckled, "You've been kind of a dick since you woke up, so I thought I'd dump you in that wing."

"You lost me, wing?", he asked glancing past the tree trunk.
Black-jacked by a nearby switch [tree-branch], Dean's head hung from the sudden head blow,
"Bored now." Cindy cooed rubbing her cheek scars.

-

"What is that god awful stench..." Dean muttered, tipsy he glanced up to Sarah's half decomposed face.
"OHMYGOD!" He shrieked kicking himself back, there was one curtain-less window with-in the area that allowed in
an alarming amount of light from the morning sun.
Smack in the middle of the room sat a rotting girl-child draped in a moist hello kitty shirt.
"Oh, that bitch is evil."
Bracing his legs, he attempted to stand, curious if the demented host had broken his ankles.
"Alright." he sighed thankfully on his feet, now that his health had been assured he decided to take in the place.

The room was brightly lit from one window on the left side, it had a kinda cabin feel to it, with no
furniture or anything to speak of, not that it really matted to Dean if it was bare, as soon as he noticed it existed he began hurling himself at the door.
"Its not going to budge."
Dean swung his head back, in the corner sat a middle school girl hugging her knees,
"Well what do we have here, not that I'm honestly surprised."
The student's eyes glued to him, "Theres no way out."
Dean was taken back, "No way out, heh." , stepping over he slapped his palm against the glass window.
"Darling, we've got a door and a window here, this ain't no Alcatraz."
The student shook her head, "I've tried, they won't break."
Dean chuckled, "Well no offense but your a little girl, now let me show you how a man dose it."
Gearing his fist back, Dean took a swing resulting in a painful collapse, curled into a ball cradling his right fist,
"What the hell is that thing made of!?" he grunted through his teeth.

"Theres no escape."

"I heard you the first time!" Dean spat. "God-damn it!"

Cindy's Journal, Day 38
1 day with Alex alone.
5 weeks and 2 days, holding Scout, until "death".
Time before eating Alex, uncounted.

"The lights burnt out.
Electricity & water had been cut from the Ranch,
due to Alex's absence over a month."

Anything portable had been thrown across the cabin den,
in a frantic desperation Cindy had taken it upon herself to search for Alex's stash.
What connections did he withhold to keep his basic resources going?
Nothing would work if he just squatted here, and it was assumed Alex didn't use his real name or the police
would have found him out ages ago, for stealing the corpses from the "Body Locker".
There couldn't be a landlord or he would have visited before everything cut off, no perhaps by mail?
...
Cindy had never checked the mail.

-

A enormous pile of white sheet envelopes and mini-poster cards flooded the dinning room table.
Cindy's eyes speed scanning over the surfaces, until she got fed up and started hand-sorting by
fist-fulls, "Junk junk junk junk!"
Casting the useless advertisement afar from her workstation until she had finally come upon a bill,
"Mr. Ross Haswell, heh."
Obviously Alex's false identity to obtain temporary stay, Cindy tore open the top for a lookie.
...
"Pfft." Cindy flipped the note to the air, "Nothing but a payment warning."
With a sigh she took another glance at the left pile as a mass, with nothing but the money collected from her victims;
Alex's and Dean's wallets, Gina's purse, and Scout's portable funds,
she couldn't dream of paying bills and although nicely secluded for her deeds, the Ranch had become a
regular Hell House.
Brushing through the envelops, she found only one with a hand written address, obviously someone
whom helped Alex set camp, shoving the letter in her jean pocket, Cindy Moore decided it was time to leave her den.

-

The walls began to vibrate,
"Are we about to die?" Dean asked.
Gina's head rose and turned attention towards the window, "I think Its a car."
Jumping to his feet, Dean took a gander to find a packed blue SUV,
"Well I'll be damned, the bitch is going to run for it..." he grunted.

-

Outside the disease ridden house, Cindy gently secured her newer 'lover' with-in the trunk.
Scout had been wrapped with-in the same cloth Cindy originally traveled wearing,
"Cozy?" she asked, checking the girl-child's butchered stub.
A patch of medical tape work and sterilized wet-work, everything Cindy could find in the house for her, sealed the
dip in Scout's shoulder from getting anymore infected by the environment.
But unless Cindy did something fast to stabilize the infant from further decomposition,
she'd become nothing but a sticky mass like Sarah and Ginger.
With supplies in the backseats, Cindy slammed the hatch of the trunk carrying only a single personal bag to the front.
Unzipping, she pulled out a rather large pickle jar filled with murky water and Alex.
"Thanks for the paid vacation, sweetie" she added, while patting the top of the lid, "Now lets go somewhere nice."

-

The walls shook violently as the vehicle pulled itself out to turn,
"Hey!" banging his fists against the glass, massive pain was only subsided by Dean's helpless rage as he watched his jailer
pass away from the house , filled to the brink with the sign, they weren't coming back.
"You can't just leave us here, god damn it!" he howled, screaming as he pounded himself against the window's wall, until his bottom lip leaked blood, and his arms and sides bruised and swollen.
Leaning against the window's sill with limp fists, Dean witnessed his future ghost out into the frontier.
"That bitch..."

"Your hands are bleeding..."

"What!?" Dean barked back to the child, "Do you even realize what just happened?"
Gina slowly shook her head,
"We're fucked that's what, our death warrant has been signed in her shit, pretty. Cause' that's all
we are to her, dumped shit in bowel that kinda reminds me of my Uncle's house!"
"I'm sure she'll come back..." Gina muttered in her corner.
"Come back." Dean snickered, "I've been down here all day and I haven't been fed once, just how long has
that child-poking devil woman kept you?"
"Three days..."
Dean shifted his weight, "Three days without any food?"
Nodding quickly , Gina pulled her legs in closer.

"Well ain't that dandy" taking a foot stomp on the door, "Normal freaks at least feed they're damn prisoners,
but instead we get stuck with a shirtless guilt trip that decides to just drop everything and hit the road!"
Sinking to the floor he sadly mutters, "Why can't we get that type that gives us a snack and a ride home...?"

Skittish at first, Gina silently crawls over to the crying man and pats him on the back.

-

"We can't eat them."
The young girl seemed bewildered by his reply, "Why not, they're dead, and its been days, if we don't-"
"Would you listen to yourself!? Jesus Christ , your a young woman with a rose to her name and your talking
about eating people!" he sneered
Gina was almost speechless, "And whats wrong with my plan?"
"Its distasteful, that's what."
Weak but with a prideful will, Dean stood to his knees and patted the exit, "We just gotta get this door down."
"Oh right, and that's worked like a charm."
Pulling back from the gate, Dean pointed his finger and warned her, "Fine you eat and get sick for all I care, but if you
become some kinda zombie I'll just pound your head into the invincible window, there!"
"Pffft." Gina rolled her eyes, "you just don't got the guts!"
Dean peeled his attention from the doorway, "Come again sugar?"
"I'm saying..., your yellow." the student cooed.

Dean nodded before squatting for a face to face," Well unlike you little miss, I've graduated class, and I haven't the time to be playing per-school mind-games with a amateur, you dig?"
"Got anything better to do?" she sarcastically openly pondered.
Dean cocked his head,"Then you first, Princess, go right ahead."

With a daring glare, Gina bent down over the ghastly features of Ginger, and gave her corpse a rocking kiss.
"Did I say make out with the bird, bite her, eat her, claw her dang eyes out!" demanded the audience.
When Gina's head lifted, she spat out a chunk of Ginger's lips, "Hows that?"

Dean seemed at a loss for words, "W-well Hell, shes melting so much, I bet it slid right off!"
Gina chuckled, "I'm a great role model right?"
Dean's eyes met hers, "Where'd this come from?"
The student shrugged, "I'm suppose to be a 'Big Sister', an example to the younger,
now look where I am, its depressing..."
Dean sighed hanging his head , already tried of her guilt, "Girl, you didn't become this willingly,
and I tell you what, once we get our strength back and knock down that door, we'll hunt down old' free-breast together alright?"
...
"Hey Dean."
"What?" he muttered nipping on Ginger's fingers,
"Did you see anyone else with that woman?"
He halted for a moment, "Yeah, some poor kid she was hacking to pieces, why?"
Gina's head hung low, her tossed hair shadowing her crying eyes, "No reason." she muttered.

-

"Hey, stay with me!"
Dean gently right-handed his right-hand girl, "Come on, I need you to breathe more, your creeping me out here!"
Gina's skin hue had grown sea green with-in the past day,
it was a inside joke, that Ginger from the after life had transformed the student into a still-living zombie for consuming
rotting flesh.
Although the joke had gotten old by the third time Gina vomited all over herself,
"Come on now!" Dean barked, "don't be a quitter, no one likes quitters!" in the middle of his malevolent slap-fest, Gina had caught his wrist, "Its ok just do me a wee little favor, m'kay?" she asked weakly.
Heavy of breath, he only nodded to her final plea.
"When you finally break that door down, lay me on the earth."
Dean smirked in a sad short of way, "Guess I can't eat cha' , huh?"

"I wouldn't recommend it."

-

Not even a dint in the door, and Gina had been put to rest.
She laided silently upon Dean's jacket, so she wouldn't have to face ground, until she could be
carried outside.
In fear of what happened with his fellow prisoner the Walmart shopper hadn't eaten for two days and to make matters worse,
he had a little theory he broke his right arm trying to smash the door open.
On his back now, he hummed a little tune to myself,
"Too bad." he sighed, "I guess I won't be dragging that flower out to bloom."
Glancing up, "What do you think Hello Kitty, did I have a shot?"
...
Of course the corpse couldn't reply,
Dean's tried head shuffled in her lap, "Ah, what'do ya' know?"
