Also, Yeah, I know the diet is probably kind of a bummer to you, and me too. But I really need it- Diabetes runs in the family so it's super important I start watching what I eat.

Yeah, I NEED to start watching it, it's not my choice. But I don't want to keep gaining either, I think if I lose about 20 or 30 pounds i'll be at a good level
