lol, i don't think he's gonna die at all, he's just stuck. i mean, realistically he SHOULD have suffocated after about an hour or so, but if he didn't die after a whole week then i guess rena'd have to stop eating altogether and try and starve him (from the look of this particular one, i don't think that's happening either).
So yeah, hope you make more of this series. Hell, even Rena doing mundane things with him in there would seem sexy. Like trying on clothes/getting drunk etc. :3
