This is Josephiroth, a different guy. This Josephiroth is different from the God Josephiroth. Two different characters, same name. As his profile says, Josephiroth is one of three main characters.
The reason why he is drawn this way, is because I didn't took my time on it. My better works took me more than an hour. While this picture only took me like less than thirty minutes. The better version will one day come...
