After a terrible storm, Axel finds a neko half drowned on the river bank. Thinking the cat would make a nice snack for later he takes the boy home.

Based on an rp I did with Itatchi-4-ever where she played Axel. Roxas is sixteen years old in this, Axel is 25, this is underage in some countries so I'm sorry if that bothers you.
