She's actually a bird mutant wit six-wings, but she is a bit similar to a harpy.

Bewbs and feathers, brilliant combination. Also, feet and tail look very good. The face is a bit strange, the style doesn't fit. Then again, faces are very hard to draw.
Overall, very nice drawing there.
