always nice to see a dragon with a proper reptilian hemipenis, even a furry one. An outside scrotum doesn't quite fit, but with the fur, maybe this is a hybred with both reptile and mammal characteristics combined.
This is just a note for Drac: I'm the blue dragon in the image, and I'm not a hybrid, the fur is what I (by "I", I mean my dragon ego :P ) was born with. As for the two cocks, I originally had one, but decided I liked two better.
As for the pic itself, Raith, I think you did an excellent job of drawing me and my big Bro! ^^
