I love this law of cartoons. Even while you're being chased, you're hidden when all but your eyes are removed from view.

..and same thing when it gets dark.. Cartoon characters just have strange eyes, and teeth.

Strange lots of stuff. Now I'm waiting for a pig to get swallowed, bounce down to below his waist and then disappear entirely without leaving a bulge.
