What I used? Well the colouring is all done in GIMP. It doesn't cost anything and has a feature that lets even mouse-users do lineart and such.

GIMP eh? Might have to try making vore-art with that tool myself.

Oh, well I used to be really slow too... to be honest the mouse-inking method in GIMP is not the quickest...

I have made one painting in Paint once. And a prevore with paint drawing and GIMP effects.

Well in GIMP the lineart is a lot more ajustable. It's done by setting out "Paths" various points that link with one another, the links between can be altered and the whole process can eliminate the shakeyness of hand drawing.
