One of the oldest models; This is the lizard test character I used to learn the blender game engine. The model shape is derived from the Turok 2 on N64, but is so drastically changed I only need to mention that it's similar.

Completion:
Modeling: 100%
Rigging: 100%
MultiRes: N/A
Textures: 100%
AnimRigs: 0%
Animations: 90%

Intent:
Ah, the dinolizardmonster. Classic! It's a generic reptilian anthroid. It has hands, feet, and each nicely clawed + pawed; IT has a dorsal fin for decoration, a nice super flexible tongue, and a grab+gulp demeanor. It's low poly though; so it's not great at detailed animation, but you can at least get the point across that it's eating something. I don;t think it has much of a personality; It'd be a raspy, deep barking if it could make sounds; and it would probably be more focused on whatever reptilian ideas it had at the time; usually dinner.
