Maybe she or someone else wished her this big, cause since this is in the non vore section, I cant say she ate people or namekian wildlife xD Maybe this is that capsule corp ship goku came to namek on, this is the trip back, and she gorged herself with the contents in the fridge. xD

Im not upset at all xD, Even if she did eat the namekian ones, she wouldnt be this massive, they only the size of volleyballs, the one in the corner is one of the earth ones. Thanks for actually commenting on this tho.
