sweetbloodmoon Challenged me to draw Marie eating a bunch of humans a once!
Intrigued and inspired, I accepted! =3



Marie has received her annual Sacrifice ( I think it was annual... or monthly.. not Sure XD; )
The nearby Villages pay tribute to the Forest Guardian, I.e. Marie. In the form of Cute an/or handsome Guys! XD

Its meant to Represent Trust, and Respect.
Many give themselves willingly, tho there are a few, that are resistant.

In the end none of them are hurt. She keeps them in her Stomach for a lil wile, then lets them out. They Stay with her for a Month or so, the return to their homes! =3




Thats what I remember anyway, I think thats how it gos! ^^;


On an Artistic Note, I was a lil Lazy with the Line art for this one, But i try'ed to make up for it by useing a different way to add shadows. Its a lil more precise an I really like how it came out! ^^

Another Thing is Marie isn't that big, She is actually much smaller.
I pulled an Artistic license, an made her bigger for this pic!


I also thought about how the Humans I Draw are always White!
So I Colored one of the Guys a lil Darker, to add a lil more Variety! =3
