Gohan slides down Bulmas throat and arrives her in stomach, meanwhile outside Frieza taunts her a bit, but either her stomach absorbing Gohans Ki and/or the wish is still kicking in causes her belly to suddenly bulge, sending Frieza flying!

This is the best page of the whle comic! I love how Gohan looks into Bulmas stomach in the third panel, you just want to shout something like "Peeka-boo!" Then, the look on Bulmas face in the 6th panel, while her stomach is gurgling and digesting Gohan. And finally her belly ulging, and she looks like she actually WANTED Freeza throwing away with her belly!
