I thought hey, Lickitung has a big honkin' tongue. And then someone suggested Buneary and I was like okay, this is good. And now we have this here.

They do look easier to draw than many other creatures. Maybe it's because they're so iconic and recognizable? If I ever tried drawing vore, my first attempt would probably involve pokemon. XD
