Chris yawned loudly as he stepped out of the shower and dabbed himself dry with his lime-green towel. He hated that color, but he loved how soft the towel was. So he stomached the foul hue and enjoyed its embrace as he finished drying and began getting dressed. The sun was shining through his apartment windows onto the dull rug. Sparkling dust was dancing in the sun rays and his cat Frankie was sprawled out letting it warm his belly.
