"It was only a matter of time I suppose." The large Hippo lady that had come to be known as Mary-Rose said, staring down at the figure before her.
"Yes I suppose you're right, it was only a matter of time." The figure replied, her plushie body shifting slightly as she pushed her body forwards, attempting to make herself appear larger to the taller, bustier, heavier Hippo.
"I've heard so much about you, Billie." The Hippo sneered, her lips curling up towards her eyes as she took a great deal of pleasure in revealing that she wasn't entirely clueless about the plushie Goat. Billie furrowed her brow in irritation, she wasn't the type to get angry, she preferred to act all sweet and innocent (due to her nature) until her prey was snug within her body. There was something however that just got to Billie about Mary-Rose. It was as if the Hippo was emanating some kind of scent that dug under Billie's... skin.

As the plushie Goat had nothing to come back at Mary-Rose with, the Hippo continued gleefully. "Oh yes, Seque has told me all about you. How he faced you in the warehouse, how the rest of your kind was burnt up and how you stole a military class ship to escape being returned to your masters. I don't envy your life but I'm not going to give you any sympathy either." Mary-Rose chuckled as Billie seethed. "Oh but that isn't the best part!" Mary-Rose went on. "He told me how he saved you from certain death again and got you all sewn up! The patchwork is imbecile. How saddened do you think Seque would be if he found out you were still hunting people like you are?" Mary-Rose twisted the knife even deeper and it was obvious she was loving every second of this.

For once in her life, the plushie Goat looked taken aback. Shocked even. No one had ever spoken to her like this. Not even Seque - the one person seemingly immune to her charms so far. Slowly, Billie's hand curled into a fist. The glare returned and she knew that no more words needed to be said. It was time to get it on and it had been a long time coming.

The Universe wasn't big enough for the both of them.

Well this has been a long time coming indeed! I haven't uploaded anything for nearly three weeks because I've been hella-busy with this work program, my part-time job, covering shifts and then sorting out some interviews for an actual apprenticeship at the Citizens Advice Bureau!

This wonderful little piece of art has been on my mind for a while now. Right now as it stands, Mary-Rose and Billie are two of the biggest characters (literally) that I have and I began to wonder what it would be like if the two got together. I didn't think it would be sunshine and rainbows simply because they're so alike. Their egos are equally huge and they both use the same methods for preying on people. The only difference is in the digestion, so to speak.

Oh yes, one more thing, if there is anyone out there that would like to colour this for me, drop me a note. Paid or unpaid doesn't matter to me.
