Well My apologies for neglecting you guys, but DA is just so much fun! This a is sketch of a color Commission for Cows - http://aryion.com/g4/user/cows here on Eka's, cowszers on DA.

He only wanted a mock up of, someone actually in her belly. Now on to what she's holding is, perhaps a tattered piece of a map the travelers were carrying, I can get that rendered, when vectoring.
<i><strong>In the final product will not be showing someone in her belly.</strong></i> But I will apply a better feel of weight in her belly, just letting gravitate forward and downward a little.
