Since her Naga Form takes up So much energy, in between battles she shapeshifts into a more humanoid figure. This way she can lead her minions in her dungeon without looking completely rediculous or burning all her energy before a tough fight.

Drew another Picture of Azul this time since the last one kinda felt like a cop out. Next one I draw will be either of Vermillion or Azul's Naga form.

Does the artifact, serving as her prosthetic eye, give her any special abilities?

The most Truthful answer I can give you is "I don't know yet", Mostly because I can't really decide on what it's going to do. Something to do with Analyzing Enemies for weakness/True Sight (being able to see through Concealment spells, that kind of thing.)
