Well this is my first time doing this kind of birthing position. Here we have Godd Bird & Carla practicing their lamaze in their house without anyone teaching them to do it. Carla is practicing her breathing techniques and Good Bird is helping her by coaching.

Carla: *breathing calmly*

Good Bird: That's it Carla, just breathe in and breathe out.
