This is really great! What a wonderful surprise. Receiving fan art is awesome enough, but when it comes out of nowhere like this it's just tremendous. Especially something as enjoyable as this is.

I know it's very much still in its early stages, but I'm already a fan of your style. It has some rather obvious comparisons to my own, so clearly I can relate to it. But it's mostly a unique creature all its own, and that kind of special individual vision is something I really value in an artist. I believe it will take you much farther than simply trying to mimic a certain popular style or another.

I really like the way you handled the face. The expression is very lifelike, having that extra character-defining quality of subtlety and, yes, slight imbalance that many artists forget in their obsessions with perfect features and excessive emotion. Not to mention it's ME and that's FANART and that's awesome.

Seriously, thank you so much, and I'm glad I could manage to inspire apparently somehow.

Trust me, I'm nothing special. I'm just another artist who, by the linear nature of time, happens to have more experience than you do at this moment. If you want to use my work as a reference or inspiration than by all means have at it! That's why I put it up in the first place, after all. But never think you're out of my league, or anybody else's for that matter. ;)

As for what I want from you? Well just draw what you feel inspired to draw. I wouldn't watch you to see anything else!
