Well, Elmira is an android, so unfortunately it just isn't going to happen, even if she does have magical Weight Control powers at her disposal. Her body just isn't mortal enough to be affected.
She can dream though. And vore. That's as close as she can come to plumpness at the moment. Too bad she can't digest either...

Considering she built this body from scratch, there aren't very many mods out there that work with her, as far as she knows. ^^;
