I first read that as Marlboro-Girl and thought; 'Is she suppose to be a tobacco plant-girl?' XD

Mmm brilliant work-- though I gotta question
For this piece did you start with any lines, or did you just hop in with painting it in like you do with oils and acrylics?

Oh, I always start with lines. Usually, I'll erase the original line layer and then redraw the lines on top of everything.

When I redrew the lines, I used a color that meshed well with the rest of the pic. I think that's the most important part to giving your pics a painterly look. For this pic I also used a flatbrush for redrawing the lines, though I don't think that part matters as much.
