You're definitely getting better! Try using RL models & try some youtube tutorials. Also SAI is an amazing program for art ^^

OH !!??? You're ditching the DS to start doing art on the CPU ?? That would be great ! If you start using layers your lines will become smoother and your anatomy more accurate =)

Ok, first let me say I LOVE how the hands turned out !!!! Congratulations !!! you're getting better at drawing; that being said: There ARE some anatomical mistakes, I'll unveil them for you so you can work on them:

1) Boob ! They DON'T fall that way, the top is too round, you can do that if she's using a bra but otherwise the top should be (while still curved) much flatter than the bottom of th boob example: http://www.portalesmedicos.com/images/publicaciones/apuntes_ginecologia/desarrollo_puberal_mamas.jpg

2) Left arm !! : It's LONG ... TOO LONG !!! It should always be the same lenght as the right one ... for humans, you should have drawn it extending more and shorter

3) right ear: Misplaced; it should be placed higher, on the top of her head, just like the left ear

4) Toungue too small: the toungue should be about the same thick as the mouth and of a lenght that at it's maximum should ALMOST touch the chin
