Nice !!! Ok, you're doing GREAT, but here's a few things that could be better:
1) If her head is standing straight and it isn't tilted to any side (like here), then try to do the ears at the same height, specially in catgirls where ears are pretty big in comparison to normal humans, you need to get them right or they will backfire !! xD
2) The nose is too small and eyes too big; the contrast between these two closely reated errors make a bad combination. The nose::eyes ratio is very important for the face symetry
3) Eyebrows: they need to be more separated from the eyes; the problem was the eyes were so big that they stole space for the eyeborws distance from the eyes... It doesn't matter if you don't draw them here, they could perfectly be hiding beneath the front of her long hair, but if you try to draw them without enough space for giving them a proper distance from the eyes, then drawing the eyebrows actually backfires; this is one of those things you should leave to the viewers imagination in this situation.
4) Sarah's Smile: This doesn't look so bad, but if you corrected it, then it would look even better: The angle you gave to her mouth is too steep ... to put it simply: humans can't bring the right mouth border SO far above the left mouth border.
5) Your lines are TOO THICK... It's good to try to make thicker lines for closer lines to give a better "point of view" effect... But you're exagerating here !! xD ... Try to tone it down a little
6) Her right arm: ... It's dislocated xD . The arm should be closer to the shoulder... here: look at this so I don't have to talk so much and you don't have to read so much:

7) Try to make her whiskers start from the same place, they look a little Odd =P
