Without spoiling the movie too much, Mina was one of the minions captured by El Macho and turned into an indestructible evil minion. Looks like her body too a few more changes than the male/neuter minions, giving her an extra boob. With her more anthropomorphic frame, her reach is a lot longer, and she's a lot faster. Truly a force to be reckoned with in the evil minion army.
