The fun has just begun for Orihime and she's loving it, Rukia on the other hand would greatly disagree, as we find our dear Rukia helpless to stop the changes that she is going through whatever they may be. She pleads with Orihime desperate to find answers as to what's happening to her. Orihime decides to take pity on Rukia and reveals that she is changing into her new penis. Although that's hardly good news for Rukia, Orihime is enjoying every minute of it. Rukia struggles to no avail as the changes are far to progressed as she starts losing shape of her hands as they meld to her chest. She continues to beg Orihime for help, but her cries fall on deaf ears.
